Health and Safety 2022: "Act together to build a positive safety and health culture"

CNP ASFALISTIKI, the Department of Labor Inspection and the Cyprus Safety and Health Association, are co-organizing enlightening activities in the context of the International Day for Health and Safety at Work. Among other things, targeted messages will be promoted in the Media and Social Media.

Greetings were addressed by: The General Manager of the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance, Mr. Andreas Zachariades, the CEO of CNP CYPRUS Mr. Takis Phidia, the General Manager of CNP ASFALISTIKI, Mr. Andreas C. Stylianou, the Director of the Labor Inspection Department, Mr. Anastasios Yiannaki and the President of the Cyprus Safety and Health Association, Mrs. Irene Chrysou. In memoriam of the first President of the Cyprus Health and Safety Association, Mr. Achilleas Kallimachos, an honorary award was given to his children. 

The highlight of the actions regarding this purpose is the informative event, open to the public, that will take place on April 30, between 10:00am and 12:00, in Eleftherias Square. Executives of CNP ASFALISTIKI, the Department of Labor Inspection and the Cyprus Safety and Health Association, will inform the public about issues related to health and safety and work-related illnesses. 

The event is under the auspices of the Honorable Minister of Labor and Social Insurance, Mrs. Zeta Emilianidou.

CNP ASFALISTIKI, always supports the efforts of the Department of Labor Inspection in promoting Health and Safety, in order to reduce the risks faced by employees and the general public. Particular emphasis is placed on the active support of campaigns and actions organized by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work and the Social Partners.

Τhe message "Act together to build a positive safety and health culture", will be the communication umbrella regarding all actions for Health and Safety. This is a common effort and every positive outcome will contribute to a better society for all.
