CNP ASFALISTIKI SUPPORTS THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE ON ROAD SAFETY ACTIONS

CNP ASFALISTIKI and the MINISTRY OF DEFENCE once again join forces on Road Safety issues concerning the soldiers of the National Guard. CNP ASFALISTIKI actively supports the MINISTRY OF DEFENCE in creating awareness and the appropriate culture on Road Safety for soldiers.

In a special event held on December 15, 2016, at the Officers' Club in Nicosia, the Minister of Defence, Mr. Christoforos Fokaidis stressed the value of the cooperation between the MINISTRY OF DEFENCE and CNP ASFALISTIKI, on issues relating to Road Safety. Within the framework of «Positive Incentives», the MINISTRY OF DEFENCE and CNP ASFALISTIKI awarded 10 tablets to soldiers who made greater use of the public transport.

In his address, the General Manager of CNP ASFALISTIKI, Mr. Andreas C. Stylianou, underlined the extensive involvement of CNP ASFALISTIKI on issues relating to Road Safety. He expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Defence for the confidence shown to CNP ASFALISTIKI.   He also mentioned that the cooperation with the MINISTRY OF DEFENCE has created a long lasting relationship and this proves once again that the cooperation between the private and public sector brings positive results.
