CNP ASFALISTIKI AND THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE SUPPORT ROAD SAFETY ACTIONS FOR THE NATIONAL GUARD

CNP ASFALISTIKI in collaboration with the MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, for 5th consecutive year, joined forces sending the message of road safety to our National Guards. The initiative materialized through targeted actions that promote road safety awareness. The collective effort and cooperation between the public and private sectors proves yet again that major social challenges can be addressed effectively.

The event took place on the 28th of July 2020 at the central offices of CNP CYPRUS Group, in the framework of the “Positive Motivation Policy”, with the sponsorship of CNP ASFALISTIKI. The Ministry of Defence rewarded with a tablet ten soldiers who made systematic use of Buses Scheme to and from their Units. The significant reduction of road collisions and all the other actions of the Ministry of Defence regarding the training of national guards on road safety, have proven to be successful.

The event was addressed by the Minister of Defence, Mr. Charalambos Petrides, the Chief of the National Guard, Mr. Demokritos Zervakis, the CEO of the CNP CYPRUS INSURANCE HOLDINGS Group, Mr. Takis Phidia and the General Manager of CNP ASFALISTIKI, Mr. Andreas C. Stylianou.
