  • Basic Coverage

    The Basic Coverage of the Insurance Policy includes:

    • Material Loss Insurance caused to the insured content as a consequence of:
    1. Fire, lightning, explosion
    2. Earthquake or volcanic eruption
    3. Smoke stemming from air conditioning
    4. Malicious damage
    5. Riot, strike
    6. Crash of vehicles, animals, aircraft, flying objects or falling objects
    7. Flood, hurricane, storm, bursting of water pipes, overflowing water tanks
    8. Fall of television or radio antennas
    9. Oil leakage
    10. Theft (after a violent entry or exit from buildings or after an attack or violence or threat of attack or violence), theft attempt
    • Insurance for the legal liability that may arise from the professional activities of the insured person
    • Employer's liability in accordance with the current legislation
    • Money insurance including:
    1. Loss of money being transmitted
    2. Loss of money in the insured's premises during working or non-working hours
    3. Damage to a safe
    4. Loss of or damage to the clothing or personal belongings of the Insured or his/her employees due to an event of theft
    5. Death, permanent or temporary total disability and medical expenses sustained by the insured or his/hers employee(s) due to an event of theft
    • 5% automatic increase of the Sum Insured for additions and improvements
    • Insurance at replacement value
    • Automatic refund of the insured amount upon request
    • Loss of rents
  • Additional Coverage

    The Additional Coverage of the Insurance Policy includes:

    • Loss of gross profit as a result of the total or partial interruption of the office’s operation due to insured material damage
    • Credit guarantee insurance (fraud or deception by employees)
    • Personal accidents occurred to the employees of the insured person
    • Safety glass sheets / sanitary ware / illuminated Signs
    • Accidental damage to the office equipment
    • Damage caused by water leakage


The Policy is subject to certain exclusions, some of which are:

  • war, acts of terrorism, nuclear radiation and environmental pollution
  • subsidence and landslide
  • short circuiting, self-heating
  • theft of money by the employees of the Insured or by unattended vehicles
  • liability of the Insured for negligent acts or omissions in connection with the breach of his professional duties
  • liability arising from the use of the motor vehicle
