The 14th OPAP Limassol GSO Marathon with the Insurance Force of CNP ASFALISTIKI

The 14^th OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO returns dynamically on March 19 and 20, 2022 with the insurance force of CNP ASFALISTIKI! The largest Company in the General Insurance Sector of Cyprus, which belongs to the CNP CYPRUS Group, a member of the French Colossus CNP ASSURANCES.

The biggest sports event in Cyprus is here again following its two-year absence due to the pandemic. CNP ASFALISTIKI, as the Health and Safety Sponsor of the event, hosted on March 9, at TRAKASOL Cultural Center in Limassol, the Media Cocktail Event to the organisers, sponsors, supporters, stakeholders, and representatives of the media. The General Manager of CNP ASFALISTIKI, Mr. Andreas C. Stylianou, mentioned that the Company considers as an integral part of its corporate philosophy the social responsibility. This aims to return value to the society through targeted actions.

CNP ASFALISTIKI has always supported initiatives that promote the values of sports with the aim of contributing to society through active participation. Thus, this year as well, it supports the 14^th OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO, the leading sporting event of the island, which promotes sports, noble rivalry, Limassol, and Cyprus around the world.

The 14^th OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO expects to host thousands of runners from Cyprus and abroad on the two days, March 19 and 20, 2022. It has an intense race program with 6 different routes, suitable for all ages.

On Saturday, March 19, the Primetel 5km Corporate Road will be held, which gives the opportunity to teams and companies from all over Cyprus to test their athletic limits. On the same day, hundreds of children, will participate in the Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation Youth Race 1km. On Sunday, March 20, the racing roads of the event will be held, which will test the endurance of the runners and attract high level athletes from all over the world. In addition to the 42km OPAP Marathon Road, the Muskita Half Marathon 21km, the Petrolina 10km "Energy Road" and the Medochemie 5km Individual Road are held.
