The OPAP Limassol Marathon ‘runs’ with the Power of Insurance of CNP ASFALISTIKI

The OPAP Limassol Marathon, the city's premier athletic event, will take place once again, powered by the insurance of CNP ASFALISTIKI! The leader in the General Insurance Sector of Cyprus, which belongs to the CNP CYPRUS Group, a member of the French Multinational Colossus CNP ASSURANCES.

As the Health and Safety Sponsor of the OPAP Limassol Marathon, CNP ASFALISTIKI hosted a Media Cocktail Event on February 22nd at the Panos Solomonides Cultural Center in Limassol. The event was attended by organizers, sponsors, supporters, stakeholders, and representatives from the media. The General Manager of CNP ASFALISTIKI, Mr. Andreas C. Stylianou, mentioned that, in addition to CNP ASFALISTIKI’s professional operations, the company developed a multidimensional Corporate Social Responsibility plan, seeking to return value to society through targeted actions.

CNP ASFALISTIKI has a long-standing tradition of supporting initiatives that promote the values of sports. The company is once again supporting the OPAP Limassol Marathon, which promotes sportsmanship, healthy competition, and showcases the city of Limassol and Cyprus to the world.

The OPAP Limassol Marathon, for one more year, expects to host thousands of runners, starting from the beach front of Molos.

On Saturday, March 18, the Primetel 5km Corporate Road will be held, which gives the opportunity to teams and companies from all over Cyprus to test their athletic limits. The day will end with hundreds of children, participating in the Andrey & Julia Dashin’s Foundation Youth Race 1km.

On Sunday, March 19, athletes from all over the world and ages, will test their athletic endurances in one of the different routes of the 42km OPAP Marathon Road, the 21km Muskita Half Marathon, the 10km Petrolina "Energy Road" and the 5km City Race.
